How we monitor
We continuously monitor platform health across voting flow, presenter rendering, real-time data sync, and email delivery. Alerts route to the founding team. This page is currently updated by the team when an incident affects customer-facing services — automated outage detection is rolling out as part of our broader operational-readiness work.

During an event
If something looks off mid-event, the fastest fix is usually:
- Refresh the presenter page — vote state is restored from the live stream.
- Have voters re-scan the QR code — sessions are stateless on the voter side.
- Switch network — venue Wi-Fi is the most common single point of failure.
