Support

Last updated: April 2026

CrowdHum is built for live events, and we take reliability seriously. We monitor platform health, errors, and core voting flows continuously. Status updates: crowdhum.com/status.

The saving sentence: We monitor platform health continuously, but we do not provide guaranteed real-time live-event support unless separately arranged.

What we support

What we can’t control

Before your event

Live rooms are unforgiving. A 3-minute rehearsal prevents most issues:

If you’re presenting remotely or on a hybrid call: share the presenter window, not your full screen — viewers see the dot animation cleaner that way. If your conferencing tool down-samples motion, drop the presenter to one column instead of multi-column for clearer rendering.

If you have 200+ voters: open vote.html on a phone yourself before the event so the room is "warm." First-vote latency is usually a few seconds; subsequent votes appear in <500ms.

If your venue Wi-Fi is unknown: ask voters to use cellular instead. Modern cellular handles 500 concurrent voters per cell without trouble; venue Wi-Fi often does not.

Refunds

If a CrowdHum platform issue prevents you from using a paid Event Pass or Pro feature during your event, contact us and we’ll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Full refund policy.
